LISTE – The Young Art Fair, the discoverer fair for young galleries and young art
Every year since its opening in 1996, the LISTE - The Young Art Fair in Basel has presented new and important galleries and highly contemporary young art. The LISTE's concept of introducing galleries in general no more than 5 years old and artists under 40 has been at the heart of its being one of the most important fairs for young art and still being considered one of the art world’s most important discoverer fair.

The film tells the story of the Werkraum Warteck pp and LISTE, The Young Art Fair in Basel, reveals the special relationship they enjoy, shows everyday life at the Warteck and events at the fair, and documents the Herculean effort required to transform a creative work space into an art fair. It accompanies LISTE’s initiators on their journey and records comments and thoughts from art experts and individuals tenants at the Warteck.
