In Landscape Notation, we bring together two artists who, from seemingly different practices, make vision and listening converge, carrying the visual and the material toward the sonic, and opening new ways of relating to the landscape. One does so through painting, transforming observation into atmosphere, vibration, and frequency; the other through the gathering of found objects, sound performance, and installation, inviting viewers to experience that same environment as a kind of expanded score.
Losada approaches landscape through rhythm, alteration, and the suggestive trace, poetic findings that emerge within the indeterminacy of glazes and shadows. It is an emotional territory where what is visible and what remains latent coexist, manifesting as pulses and resonances of a landscape that allows itself to be heard.
