Isaac Soh Fujita Howell, Ne plus ultra / My lonely particle, 2025, Photo by Nicola Morittu, Courtesy of Sebastien Bertrand
We are preparing a solo presentation of Isaac Soh Fujita Howell. Bringing together two large paintings on canvas and selected works on paper, the booth frames his practice as an exploration of memory, identity, and cultural layering within an image-world shaped by technology and media saturation.
His work registers fragmentation, acceleration, and a quiet anxiety, and examines twenty-first-century isolation and technological pressure.
Isaac Soh Fujita Howell (b.1993) is a Brooklyn-based artist with a BFA from Washington University in St Louis (2015) and a MFA from Yale University (2017). Recent exhibitions have been held at Galerie Sébastien Bertrand in Geneva, T293 in Rome, and Public Gallery in London. His paintings on canvas and on paper investigate how vision, memory, and desire are shaped through technological mediation.
