Code of Conduct

At Liste Art Fair Basel, emerging galleries present pioneering works by a new generation of artists who are shaping the future of contemporary art. We invite you to experience these artworks in an open, inspiring, and respectful environment.

Our goal is to ensure that all participants — exhibitors, visitors, staff, and partners — can engage with art and each other in a space of care and anti-oppression, that is free from judgment, harassment, or discrimination. Professional and considerate behavior is therefore expected at all times, both throughout the fair and in all communicatios and interactions relating to the fair. At the sole discretion of Liste Art Fair Basel, any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the premises and/or the prevention of future access.
Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to:
• Hate speech, discriminatory or inflammatory statements, or any form of harassment (knowingly or unknowngly).
• Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical professional conduct.
• Use of foul, abusive, or derogatory language, including racial, gender-based, or sexual slurs.
• Sexual solicitation or any unwelcome physical or verbal behaviour of a sexual nature.
• Aggressive, disruptive, or threatening actions toward others.
• Slanderous, libellous, or defamatory statements in any form.

We thank you for upholding these principles and helping us to foster an atmosphere of mutual respect. Your cooperation supports the spirit of openness and dialogue that defines Liste.
We appreciate your participation and look forward to welcoming you at the fair.
